Inforcer Raises $50M to Help Small Businesses Prepare for AI and Security Risks

London-based Inforcer has raised $50 million in a Series C funding round led by Insight Partners, marking the latest investment in a startup addressing a critical need for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The company, founded four years ago, is building software that helps managed service providers (MSPs) manage Microsoft 365 accounts for their clients from a single platform. In just 18 months, Inforcer has completed three funding rounds totaling $110 million, with a year-over-year growth rate of 300%. CEO Jamie Daum noted the company's valuation doubled between Series B and C, though he declined to disclose the exact figure. Inforcer is developing innovative products like Shadow AI detection and threat detection tools to help SMBs combat cybersecurity and AI risks. The company is also expanding into the U.S. market and transitioning to a per-user pricing model. Other investors include Dawn Capital and Meritech Capital.
The growing demand for software solutions to address AI and cybersecurity risks among SMBs reflects the increasing importance of MSPs in their digital transformation journeys. Inforcer's success could pave the way for more investment and innovation in this critical market segment.
