Akçansa's 2030 Strategy: Heidelberg Synergy and 25% FAVÖK Margin Target

Akçansa has unveiled its 2030 strategic goals, focusing on strengthening its integration with Heidelberg Materials. The company prioritizes operational efficiency, asset optimization, and sustainable growth. Targeting to increase the FAVÖK margin from 13.6% in 2025 to over 25% by 2030, Akçansa also aims to reduce working capital relative to sales below 10% by 2030 and boost cash conversion rate to above 50%. Betonsa's ready-mix concrete sales volume is set to reach 5 million cubic meters by 2028, while the Ladik Plant will gain an additional 1 million ton cement production capacity. The Board of Directors is led by Hakan Gürdal, with Tayfun Öneş as CEO.
