The BIST 100 index experienced a 270.24-point decline during the week of July 13-17, settling at 13,981.05 with a total trading volume of 166.4 billion Turkish Lira, reflecting low liquidity pressure. Banking and holding sectors led the downturn with 1.91% and 0.76% losses, respectively, while GOLDA GIDA, IŞIK PLASTİK, and ÖZATA DENİZCİLİK outperformed with 39.06%, 33.68% gains. DESTEK FİNANS, BİG MEDYA, and EMPA ELEKTRONİK underperformed with 34.31%, 17.30%, and 14.97% drops.
