Nearby cash prices are at $10.89 1/2, up 3 1/4 cents on the day. August delivery soybean prices are at $11.36 1/4, up 32 3/4 cents on the day. November delivery soybean prices are at $11.47 3/4, up 35 cents on the day. New crop cash prices are at $10.88, up 2 3/4 cents on the day. The Reason Behind the Rise in Soybean Prices Rainy weather conditions in the US may negatively affect soybean production. According to the USDA's weekly weather report, rain is expected in the US Midwest and Northeast regions next week. This could negatively affect soybean production and lead to higher prices. Markets Await USDA Report The USDA's weekly export sales report showed that old crop soybean sales remained at 41,786 tons, surprising markets. This is the lowest level for a marketing year in 2025/26. Markets are eagerly awaiting the USDA's report to be released next week.
