In July, 2.117 billion lira worth of SED payments were deposited into accounts. Minister Göktaş emphasized that children's growth in family environments is critical for preserving social values. With the new adjustment in public servant salary coefficients, SED payments averaged 11,380 lira. Payments to guardian families increased to 17,632 lira per child. This increase aims to cover children's education expenses and enhance social support.
The rise in SED payments reflects Turkey's efforts to strengthen social security policies. Children's upbringing within family environments is a key factor in shaping the quality of future generations.
