Bewen Energy is launching a 3.848 billion TL IPO, offering 80 million shares at a fixed price of 48.10 TL. Post-IPO, the public float will reach 25.24%. Investors can submit bids between July 29-31. The company operates with a 100% green portfolio and 208.9 MW installed capacity. The IPO proceeds will be allocated 55% to new investments, 40% to financial restructuring, and 5% to working capital. CEO Zafer İğdeli emphasized that the IPO is a milestone in the company's institutionalization and transparency journey. Aligned with Turkey's 2035 renewable energy targets, Bewen plans to increase capacity by 53.35 MW in 2027-2028. The company is also investing in storage technologies to enhance energy production continuity. Financial debt is expected to drop to 30-35 million USD. The company benefits from a partnership with Beyçelik Holding and ORIX Corporation, combining global and local expertise.
